A US recruitment firm built on one consultant per client, written timelines, and a refusal to send a CV that has not been fully screened.
OMW Recruiting places permanent professionals into US employers across ten functional practices. We do not run temp desks, we do not chase volume, and we do not pass clients between consultants.
The brief you give to your recruiter on day one is the brief that recruiter is still working from on offer day. They write the spec, run the search, screen the candidates, manage the interview process, and own the offer close.
Every search starts with a 45-minute brief with the hiring manager. We pull current US comp data for the role, draft a written shortlist criteria document, and agree a target window for first introductions. Inside five working days, you receive a market map and your first one or two candidates.
Shortlists are typically three to five candidates. Each one comes with a written summary against your criteria, salary expectations confirmed in writing, references on file, and a confirmed availability window.
Permanent placements demand a different kind of search than contract or temp. The candidate has to fit the team for years, not weeks. The compensation conversation is more careful. The reference work is more thorough. We chose to focus only on direct-hire because that is the work we do best.
One consultant takes your brief, runs your search, and stays with the file until your hire starts. That is non-negotiable. If you ever cannot reach the recruiter on your account, the firm refunds the search.
OMW Recruiting works across the United States. Most of our placements sit in the lower 48; we have placed candidates in 38 states over the last 24 months. Hybrid, fully remote, and onsite roles are all in scope.
